The best butcher shop in Southern Oregon. Robert Holland approaches his work as an artist would. He is highly skilled and takes his profession to the next level. The shop is friendly, clean and the customer service is stellar.

Such a sweet place. The employees are so friendly and the meat choices are amazing. We got some New Yorks and Ribeye to grill for Fathers Day. They were the best steaks ever. We feel very lucky to have this gem in the neighborhood.
Awesome local meat company, very friendly and knowledgeable.
Have had deer and most recently a bear done here and they turn out fabulous every time! They have their game meat dialed!
