Thank you. I took my rabbit meat fryers in. They were double wrapped, quartered. They did a fantastic job. I highly recommend.
We had been using the same butcher to process our hogs for a couple years, so we were hesitant to try someone new. Southern Oregon Fine Meats exceeded our expectations! The meat tastes so much better. The smoked meats, the sausage and even just the cuts of meat were way better than the other butcher. I didn't realize there could be such a difference! We will be using SOFM from now on. They are exceptional!
