Would not rent here The new staff is horrible! No consideration for anybody, rude, fees for everything! They come in and raise the rent and make things bad. Never fix anything that's broken, AC broken, leaks, tub doesn't drain. Unprofessional and down right uncaring. I would have given zero stars.
Do not move here!! I came home from work and was billed $50 for having a patio broom on the porch. Nothing else was on my porch! I see if you have clothes hanging off and toys everywhere, but my outdoor broom to sweep the leaves that fall?? Stay far away if you don't feel like getting robbed by this crazy management.
New Management is No Bueno! Stay away!! Do not rent from a very clueless management company if you care about your money. Unprofessional office staff. Not helpful and RUDE!
southern oaks apartments formely know as la esperanza apartments the area is close to major transportation and stores. very quiet complex.
3 I enjoy my apartment it's comfortable quite not a lot noise always enjoy living in an apartment it's comfortable spaces for me nice parking space.
