Great management This complex is under a new owner and management. They sure have turned this place into a very pleasant place to call home. Very friendly staff and nice units. Most have new appliances and beautiful grounds. Happy to have found this place!
New management We have lived here for a year and a half and really love it. The location is great and the apartments have a wonderful and open floor plan. The property manager and maintenance person are fantastic! The property is extremely well maintained and the community of people who live here are great. The property has improved even more since the new property manager came on board and has made this place even better than it was before.
Feels like home This place is beautiful! The management is so nice and they are very helpful. The atmosphere is lovely and I love living here. It's very clean and the cleaning staff is very friendly.
Excellent I just moved in and couldn't be happier. It's been easy to communicate with all of the staff, and I love the space in my unit.
Great place to live New management has made some drastic changes to this place for the better. Renovations are underway, and everyone has been so easy to communicate with. Very family friendly, quite community.

I think this is a nice place to live! I moved in a few months ago... and I only see the staff trying to improve our community. The ladies in the office seem to really care, they made me feel right at home. Thank you Kathy & Yancey!!!
Horrible place to live! I have lived here almost 3 years now, and in that time gone from La Esperanza's mismanagement to a worse management company. The entire complex seems to be infested with bed bugs but when you ask they lie to tour face. We have had several repairs that we left them with when they first joined us last year that still have not been addressed.
