I’ve known Thadd for years, and he and my dad are the only ones I trust to work on my car. Anytime I have an issue, he’s the first one I call. He’s always timely and definitely knows what he’s talking about!! 10/10 would recommend to anyone. If you’re having car trouble, he’s your guy!
I was having engine issues. They towed my car to their shop, diagnosed it was the starter. Got me back on the road in no time. Definitely my new close by problem solvers.
We broke down on I-24 on a Friday night over 120 miles from home. The driver of the wrecker we called called Southern Motorworx and they agreed to stay open after hours to help us. When we arrived Jay Tee diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, and worked into the night to prepare to install it as soon as it arrived in the morning. We had to stay overnight in a hotel.
