Julian was beyond wonderful with both of my children and made sure they were aware of what he was going to do, explained what each tool was for, and also told them how to communicate or signal him stop if they were uncomfortable or in pain at any point. They loved their dentist visit! He also went above and beyond to get my insurance verified when I made the appointment and found the error in the spelling of her name that was keeping it from going through. Very impressed and glad I brought them there.
Our visits always feel like a visit to family. Julian did such an amazing job interacting with my big boy and making him feel seen while providing quality dental care. Dr. Johnson is the absolute best at treating children and ensuring I am well informed of everything that's happening. From the kid friendly waiting room to the clean office space, we enjoy every moment of each visit.
My son is Autistic and the entire staff did an awesome job with him. They made the process very smooth for him. The facility was clean and very pleasant. We had a great experience.
The staff is spectacular!! The tech was amazing with my son that has a touch of anxiety. He explained what he was doing before he did it and showed him the tools. They were sweet with my daughters too and I sat with them during treatment! They have a cute play area in the waiting room too!
The dentists and assistants go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and taken care of. I used to be terrified of the dentist, but thanks to SMD I fear no more. I had fillings done today and actually fell asleep during the process! It looks wonderful. They have been helping restore my teeth for over a year now. I’m so thankful I found them when I did. I will always recommend SMD!
