Needed a new back tire, and walked up to the service desk without an appointment. I was told that they were covered and it would be a few days before the bike could be worked on. I made the comment that you go to a restaurant with a full parking lot and not an empty one. I was given a time when the bike would be ready (it was ready), and I was given an accurate estimate of the charge. Thanks for the great service.
Service staff are nice. However, the recall service had serious issues. Bike was brought out with overflow tubes not routed correctly and dragging on the ground. Further inspection found oil all over the bottom of the crank case, which I assumed was due to zero cleanup. It was not. Got it home cleaned off the engine case and found loose bolts, not even finger tight. Makes me worry about what else they didn’t tighten internally.
Purchasing a new bike from Southern Honda Powersports was easy, no hassle, no pressure to buy, and no surprise add on charges! They have a large selection of bikes to choose from. Sales person was very knowledgeable about all the bikes I asked about. He did not pressure me to pick one NOW. I slept on it and picked one the next morning. Very happy with their sales process!
