Be aware of Southern Powersports, Chattanooga, TN, binding arbitration agreement which limits your rights for fraud or other problems. They would not complete a cash deal on a ATV without my signature so I walked away. The next day they said they would waive that requirement, but I purchased an ATV at one of the many dealers who do not intimidate customers with this document. This use to be a great dealership with a great staff. With the cuts in the service department I had a very bad experience with them. My Honda rubicon is still not right . I am going to have to take it to another dealer and have it fixed and still pay them over $600.00. Oh they did ship my battery to me for me to install after I had taken it to them twice for repairs, including battery. Its sad to say but I will not return there or refer anyone else again.
Purchased my 2013 Honda Foreman 4x4 with EPS and I am thrilled. I got the best deal I could find with these folks. Todd Ford was a very good salesman and when I arrived at the store my ATV was ready to go. Great place to buy a new toy!!
Good selection, but I had a negative experience. Poor communication between sales and finance, sloppy finance dept.
Bought my Gold wing a few weeks ago and I couldn't be happier. I got the deal that I was quoted and no bs. Just like they said I didn't pay any fees. Southern Honda has earned my business for sure. Thanks ya'll!
Service Dept not good – The Sales Dept might be good but the Service Dept is a bit to be desired. POOR communication and planning on their part. I brought my bike in for about a 3-4 hour job. I called two days later and was told I was the next one in. I call the next day and was told this afternoon.hmmm. I then waited two days to call and was told yours will be in this afternoon. After our general manager spoke with this customer, we decided to repair his bike at no charge. We always try to satisfy our customers all of the time and this case is a perfect example of that. He made management aware of a problem, we took care of it immediately and the customer left the store happy, at no charge with a repaired motorcycle. Hopefully he can respond to this and confirm or remove this review since the situation was easily remedied and everyone turned out happy!
Lowest Priced Honda's I've ever seen! – I picked up a CRF50 from these guys and saved a fistful of money on it. I'm coming back for my new Goldwing because they are saving me over $4K there. George knew his stuff and wasn't pushy in the least making for a pleasant buying experience. I'll definitely be back!
Patient and communicative – I suppose if you don't want to be bothered with the idea that a retailer wants to make a profit, you could get turned off by the after-deal offers of add-ons and extended warranty.
