Very reliable, and use of construction techniques even siding, roofing, construction.. very impressive work, highly recommend these folks...been in this business over 20 years, these are held in high regard...
They are professional and extremely knowledgeable. We have done business with Southern Home Consultants on three occasions and have been thoroughly pleased with their professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail, and the courtesy they have always extended to us. The office staff is also very courteous and pleasant, and will try to work within your time schedule as best they can. So glad to have them doing our inspections.
These guys came highly recommended by my realtor, she uses them personally. Through the process of home buying we have had to use them on two different properties. We backed out of the first property due to all of the details they found that we knew nothing about. They saved us from a money pit! The second home they were no different in their thoroughness. We had a positive experience with Southern Home Consultants. It was easy to schedule our home inspection and they sent email & text message reminders the day before the inspection. Will arrived early, spent several hours going over the property, and discussed the issues as he went along. We received his 90-page report the next morning, and it was thorough and useful. I'd recommend them.
