I'm in the ER right now, and while My nurse, James, is excellent. The nurse who checked Me in and did My EKG openly accused Me of faking while I threw up in front of her and the doctor. I want to give a higher rating, because the ultrasound gentleman was very nice, the doctor is very kind and compassionate, and My nurse is wonderful. ER at the Lakes was great Silva my nurse was awesome and the 4th floor staff are just as awesome. This hospital is best of Vegas
They took my son in and had him out within the hour - fast and friendly service!
I was checked-in on time. The staff was kind, professional, and very personable. Everything was clean, and the process from start to finish was extremely well organized.
