Amazing service friendly staff Thanks to Bob in surgery kept us informed of how my daughter progress
My daughter had her daughter born here. Horrible i would say at least 85 percent of staff is plain out rude and disrespectful and should not be working but i guess that's none of my business. Hope we are gone soon.
My husband was on the fifth floor A Pod and all we can say is thank you. The nurses and nurses assistants,techs,etc were terrific. We consider Southern Hills "our hospital". Needless to say I hope we don't have to be back in the near future. Good job and thank you again
Amazing, friendly, professional, attentive, made myself and husband feel very welcome . Offering him water and blankets. Making sure he was update with what was going on while i was in surgery.. Great service and staff.
Went to emergency room for severe abdominal pain and diarrhea we got inside fast but the service stopped there. I am a registered nurse and i am very disappointed the way they treated me not that i expected. They just asked questions took my vitals and did not do any assessment my pain was 10/10 and took them long time to give me a relief. I want to talk to the CEO of Southern Hills in Nashville, TN. Regarding my mothers experience. I was lied to all charges would be written off since she died. All bills were sent to collections. I want to talk to CEO ASAP! I spoke to CEO last year and the dr over ER. The dr lied to me. He said he would take care of everything. Nothing was done. Southern Hills could have saved my mother. Ive heard Southern Hills is referred to Southern Kill. Very disappointed in the outcome.
