Love love this store!! They are all amazing! Ordered some boots last Black Friday and ended up having them stolen off of my porch when the mail man dropped them off. Called the company and they let me purchase another pair for the same discounted price even though Black Friday was over. They even helped me with getting a reimbursement from the post office! Super sweet ladies!!
I ordered a dress from here for a Christmas party I have in a few weeks. After making the order I noticed a statement that said to allow up to 10 days for processing and 2-3 for shipping due to a large shipment on a preorder of footwear. I called the company yesterday (spoke with Ashley) to see if they thought my dress and scarf would be here in time for my party. Payed a lot of money for the item to be shipped fast. The item was processing for 7 days, before it even shipped. No customer service to reach out, and they don't respond to emails about shipping issues. Don't order from here if you want anything in a timely manner
They have the cutest selection of boots I have seen in a LONG
I absolutely love this site, I love their clothes. If your giving low reviews on the fact that their site was hacked it's pretty petty of you. They got their site back within 4 to 5 days. That's alot sooner then most businesses. No they can't delete the post, No they can't even get on the page at all and No changing a password does not help a buisness page it's more complicated then a personal. So please keep negative reviews to yourself and keep it too did you enjoy their product you bought or not?
