I placed an order on December 9th that is still processing. I have sent several emails and only get a generic email back. I have now sent an email that I would like my money back and will not be ordering again. I have noticed that several people have issues until they get an actual person on the phone. Why is that? I am not happy about this as this was suppose to be a Christmas present and can't get a single response to any of my questions or concerns.

Company sucks! Ordered the Sass boots in August for October delivery. Didn't get til middle of November, which I was OK with. Then the boots were too big and I had to return. They made me pay shipping to return then only refunded me the cost of the boots! I had to pay double shipping and out $26! Piss poor if you ask me! Terrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!,!
I don't normally rate any site but just had to with this one!! Love the service very helpful and responsive and love my vest will deff be ordering again!!
