My husband order me some boots. He didn't realize there was a statement saying runs big. I recieved the boots they was a size too big. I called and explained the issue I believe her name was (Nicole). She told me to send them back for an exchange so I did. I called a few days later and spoke to another lady (sorry didnt caught her name) just to make sure they received the boots back. She said they did and she would process the exchange that day. Edit to my earlier review. I received a phone call from Nicole to update me on my order. She was gracious and explained the hold up. I received my order today and everything is awesome! Ordered a pair of boots from them after finding the page on Instagram. Could not be more pleased with the quality/sizing! The run very true to size and I absolutely loved them. Wore them for my engagement pictures and cannot wait to see how they turned out! Thank you so much Southern Fried Chic!
