Was going to place an order tonight but was extremely disappointed when I went to check out and found out shipping was going to be $19 for the cheapest option. I do 95% of my shopping online and I love the options on the site and the 40% off sale but I can't bring myself to spend $19 on shipping, especially when other stores have cheaper options :(.

I have had a terrible experience with this store. I Ordered a pair of boots for a Christmas present. The order was placed on the 1st of December. On the 15th of December I got an email saying my order had shipped via UPS. Around the 22nd of December I called UPS to try and track my order and they said that they had received a shipping label but had no product.
