I bought a controller through thier website, and did receive a confirmation email. It has now been 4 days and no follow up. The email address they have listed for customer service is defunct. The voicemail doesn't work. And after 3 calls they have not answered. I'll be doing a chargeback on my order.
Never recieved order could not get a reply from phone call or email.

I had an excellent experience with Southern Electric AC company! Our AC went out during a particularly hot stretch, and with my wife being pregnant, it was getting unbearable. I called the company, and Tony, the scheduler and manager, was incredibly understanding and moved quickly to arrange for a technician to come out.
