Love the old building but some basic needs were not met: Little things like ICE or a refrigerator,NO PARKING (I paid $30.00/day in a public lot), No laundry facilities, and actually no amenities other than a real small room, a tiny shower and bathroom, a small, flatscreen TV, and a queen bed. Checked in and had an issue with the tv. No remote. Went to pick up the phone to call the office and realized there wasn't one. Later I also realized there was no hot water. This place is in line with what I would expect for a homeless shelter.

Stayed here during spring break this year, it is a wonderful building in a great location with nice people. The only issue is the pool that was being overhauled while we were there. Once it is finished, I'm definitely going to be returning! Staff was also very helpful in suggesting places to visit while in Key West

Started out great. We werent looking for luxury, so it seemed legit for a last minute place to crash for the night. $260 for a small room with 2 beds and a shower in the closet. Room was muggy, AC unit ran nonstop all night. Getting ready for bed, ROACH scurries across the floor. Killed it, also found another dead one in the room. Called the "only REAL emergency" numbers. No answer of course. Going to have to sleep with the ROACHES for tonight, or back in our car. I never thought I'd pay that much to sleep with ROACHES. I im... read more
