This has been the most unprofessional medical facility I have ever dealt with. From the front office to the provider, my experience was consistently frustrating and disappointing. I spoke with multiple staff members, including Daisy and Jessica, who were both rude and unhelpful during my interactions. At one point, a staff member refused to provide her name. Doctor Bradley is by far the worst doctor I’ve ever seen. He is very condescending and rude. I did not get the opportunity to explain my condition Before he cut me off. I left his office in tears.
