If I ever checked these reviews I'd never had tried this company. Bad service. They tell you in the commercial that 'guaranteed money back', it's a lie! I had an initial service but didn't work so I request another service but didn't work either, so I wanted refund. The manager said he'd call me back on the same day but never did. I had to call back after 3 days to him but again, he said he'd call me back before end of the day. As of now, still no call. Don't waste your money and time. Choose someone else.

Can never get anyone on the line. I chose the option for a callback, and when they called back my phone said “potential spam.” Who answers their cell for “potential spam?” The only way I knew is because I received voicemail saying to call them back. The only reason I’m calling back is to cancel my service. Awful customer service!

Wow! After 13 years of termite protection, we have confirmed termite damage. Now after 3 miscommunications we had one inspector out; then the "main inspector has to come out to confirm the termites before treatment can begin. He no-showed, and did not call or the appointment today. Also, we have asked FOUR times for a copy of the original contract- nothing. These guys do not have a clue what they are doing. I had an amazing service from Terminix. Not only was the represenative respectful, he clearly described every service to the tee. My house hasn’t seen bugs in months. Go terminix!
