I absolutely do not recommend. I paid a copay when I visited and they still say my shot and x-ray in the same visit had separate co-pays. They absolutely won’t see you even if your balance is small. They won’t help if you have no insurance, they are only concerned with cash even at a discount. It’s a shame there no orthopedic doctor ON STAFF at hospital. SB&J has a monopoly on orthopedics here and sadly I paid my copay and my visit as at every visit so tell me why they say I had multiple copays for injection and xrays. Someo... read more
RecommendedI have had nothing but good experiences with Southern Bone and Joint. Dr. Pflugner and the rest of his staff have been amazing. From my first visit, to my surgery, to post-OP, such nice people! I would recommend to anyone!!
Went today to get cast changed out due to felt too tight. X-ray tech, Kelsey helped me. She listened to what I said and put another cast on. Walked me to the car and loaded my knee scooter. She was very reassuring and professional. Have had good experiences here so far since surgery on 9/26/2019.
Injections helped a lot already, I would highly recommend any one to see Dr. Justin Moore.
5 stars I contacted them yesterday around 4 and requested an appointment for today. They were prompt and scheduled me for today. From the time I arrived the staff was accommodating. The doctor was great and thorough. Linda my cast lady was wonderful. She made sure that I was happy with this cast prior to my leaving.

You wait hours to be seen
Dr Alford was my surgeon, and he did a great job of amputation of my lower left leg. Then there is Brandon and Lisa over at the prosthetic dept. They quickly had my 1st leg, which I thought was great. I could walk and did nt need my wheel chair any longer!! I now have leg #2 and it is better than the 1st one. I can now jog and can walk over uneven ground and up hill with out any problem. Basically I'm back to living a active life thank to these guys what a team!!! The doctor whom my insurance paid to repair my foot totally neglected his duty to provide proper care. I came down with gangrene do to his lack of care and showed no concern when he realized what he had done. The follow-up visit after removing my cast he advised the patient in the adjoining room had the exact same situation as he had place me into. What a horrible city of doctors.
