I posted a review here yesterday & received a call from the doctor apologizing for my not being happy with my care, so I removed the previous post. I still don’t plan to return & still don’t feel I was treated adequately, but will not name names, since he did care enough to call me. I’m sure he meant well, we just didn’t agree. I’m sure SB&J has excellent staff & these are difficult times for all healthcare workers. Thanks for all you do.

I went to make an appointment and they put me in on the spot, and for that I really appreciate them.
They don’t care about you. They just want your money. Lied about the cost of everything and talk you into circles, dismissing your concerns completely.

I had fallen I'm broke my wrist and I went to Ivy Creek which sent me to Southeast saying I needed surgery Southeast put a splint on me and sent me home and told me to contact Southern Bone and Joint.
