RecommendedDr. Alford is a very knowledgeable and kind physician. I had a repair of a ruptured Achilles’ tendon in September,2019. He called my husband after the surgery was done. He answered all his questions in an unhurried manner. Each time we had an office appointment, we were impressed with his bedside manner and professionalism. His staff members went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and at ease. I would definitely recommend him!

I absolutely do not recommend. I paid a copay when I visited and they still say my shot and x-ray in the same visit had separate co-pays. They absolutely won’t see you even if your balance is small. They won’t help if you have no insurance, they are only concerned with cash even at a discount. It’s a shame there no orthopedic doctor ON STAFF at hospital. SB&J has a monopoly on orthopedics here and sadly I paid my copay and my visit as at every visit so tell me why they say I had multiple copays for injection and xrays. Someo... read more

RecommendedWent today to get cast changed out due to felt too tight. X-ray tech, Kelsey helped me. She listened to what I said and put another cast on. Walked me to the car and loaded my knee scooter. She was very reassuring and professional. Have had good experiences here so far since surgery on 9/26/2019.
