Karla Ross was exceptional! She was fantastic and professional in taking time to help us pick out the kitchen sink that we wanted. The sink took a few weeks to come in, but unfortunately was broken during transit. Karla was prompt in working to get us a replacement as we were on a deadline to get our countertops installed and could not do so without the sink.
