Run far away from this place... they seem nice and all but then all of the sudden they just turn on you when you won’t have surgery and you won’t take their narcotics. Then they fill out your paperwork for workers comp and make it look like you have a brand new injury when you do not... they are arrogant and will refuse to fix it. I guess they do not like return patients or referrals. They refer you to other doctors in their practice and then they don’t communicate??
