Dr Anderson is always very professional and explains his concerns about my macula degeneration.
When we called we were warmly greeted by the receptionist. When the doctor returned our call, she was so unbelievably rude and seemed extremely bothered by our question and request, and actually hung up on me! No worries, since you showed no concern for us we will take our buisness elsewhere.
My mom saw Dr. Anderson for dry MD injections. All three times she was in a lot of pain from the shot. He was rough and callous. The last time she was having bilateral injections and believes nothing was injected into her right eye. I immediately found another provider. Her 1st injection with him was completely painless. Do your research.
Well II was begining trust these people but it seems like every time I have an Appt. I don't see anyone for at least 30 to 45 mins after Appt. Time. This is Very Frustrating!
