Price has increased annually just for termites. Haven’t inspected my home for 2024 $345 in which I paid annually. Every time I call they have said they will call to give me an appointment. It’s December but now a e-mail about how they have to increase annually amount due to cost of supplies costs of raw materials, transportation, and logistics now $385 for one time inspection for termites. Since Wayne’s took over for southeastern this company has gone done hill. I had a technician show up without any prior notification that he was coming or that I even had an appointment scheduled (I didn’t schedule an appointment either). He called after he was already at the house and I hadn’t opened the door. I didn’t answer the call since I didn’t know the number and he never left a voicemail. He also never left anything on the door saying he had been there and missed me. I was able to look at my cameras to figure out who ... read more

I am a new customer. I called this past week to have them come out & take care of wasp & ants after I have paid for 2 months of service already. I was told someone would be here Friday between 2-4. No technician ever came & no form of contact from the company to apologize, reschedule, etc. when I called the local office this morning to see why & speak to manager, I was told there wasn’t a manager to speak to.
