Alan took great care of my house during my annual termite inspection and bait system. I am very impressed with how flexible there are to make the appointment work with a busy schedule.
Today June 30,2025 I had Wayne's Pest Control come to my house for the yearly termite inspection. They were awesome! Alan and his trainee Kywan were very through, answered all my questions and did the outside inspection of the canisters. They replaced what needed to be replaced and I felt very happy with the service they provided. Thank you Wayne's pest control, Thank you Alan & Kywan.
Allen was awesome. He made sure our needs where met.

The people that came out are professional and respectful. What I'm unhappy with is when I set up the termite plan the salesman didn't inform me of the guidelines that prevent their service. I have wood on the front of my home and they will not offer coverage if you do. I could have moved on to the next company I had know that and saved time.
