Since Wayne’s took over for southeastern this company has gone done hill. I had a technician show up without any prior notification that he was coming or that I even had an appointment scheduled (I didn’t schedule an appointment either). He called after he was already at the house and I hadn’t opened the door. I didn’t answer the call since I didn’t know the number and he never left a voicemail. I am a new customer. I called this past week to have them come out & take care of wasp & ants after I have paid for 2 months of service already. I was told someone would be here Friday between 2-4. No technician ever came & no form of contact from the company to apologize, reschedule, etc. when I called the local office this morning to see why & speak to manager, I was told there wasn’t a manager to speak to.

We've used Southeastern/Wayne's for termites (& Terminix for pest control) for years but I recently cancelled Terminix because they weren't doing what they were supposed to be doing. I called Wayne's to add pest control to our account. They are always very nice, professional but also personable, efficient & actually do what they are supposed to do/what I'm paying for!
