Called in to pay 100 dollars of my bill of 441 and lady taking payment took the whole 441 leaving me with $57.27 in my account asked her how am I gonna pay my other bills cause now it will take 10 days to get my money back clay the manager just ignored me with no concern at all I canceled my longstanding service with them .
Nicky is our regular service agent and does a great job. She is pleasant, thorough, and efficient. We called this week for some extra pest we were seeing. Marion came out for a treatment and was very helpful and informative. Thank you.
