These people are false advertising kings. Paid an extra $400 a few years back to install bait stations. I asked do I own them, they said yes. I finally canceled this year because the outrageous increases in the bond now $450 (now approaching 1/2 of what home insurance costs). I tell them I paid for the bait stations; I keep them even after the cancelation. The lady on the phone says yes. 3 months they show up at my house, unannounced to pull the bait. Called in to pay 100 dollars of my bill of 441 and lady taking payment took the whole 441 leaving me with $57.27 in my account asked her how am I gonna pay my other bills cause now it will take 10 days to get my money back clay the manager just ignored me with no concern at all I canceled my longstanding service with them .
Nicky is our regular service agent and does a great job. She is pleasant, thorough, and efficient. We called this week for some extra pest we were seeing. Marion came out for a treatment and was very helpful and informative. Thank you.
