Overall Not what I had expected I went for surgery to remove a basal cell carcinoma, I called to change my appointment to see Dr. Ford. 1. They said someone would have to call me back the next day to reschedule because I called after 4pm and they close at 4 30, she was rude. 2. No one ever call me back 3. I called again the following week to reschudule with Dr. Ford 4. I go in for surgery at the rescheduled time, but never saw Dr. Ford, his physicians assist. did everything from beginning to end. Overcharges for services Ford saw me to look at some spots to see if it was something serious. It wasn't. While there I asked him to look at another little spot and to do an all over look. He said he could easily take the spot I had him look at off. I said ok. He did cutting and suturing then and there and it took 12 minutes. He left the blood for his nurse to clean up and I never saw him again and I got a bill in the mail for about $800. This guy is ridiculously overpriced. Very satisfied I have only been to Dr.Ford once and my experience was great.The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.I am seeing positive results already.I have recommended him to my family
Great Facilities and Care I have been to this office quite a few times and have always had a good experience. Dr. Ford is caring and friendly, even though it is sometimes busy there. It took me one month to get in. I recommend this doctor to anyone. The office looks brand new, is clean, and comfortable. Dr. Ford is a good dermatologist and I will be back again.
excellent people I met with the PA that works there and he was phenomenal. They were on time with my appointment which seems to be a rare thing these days at doctor offices. Everyone was polite and friendly.
