I’m currently sitting in their lobby absolutely irritated. My appointment was at 10:30, I got here at 10:15. It’s currently 11:30 and instill waiting, with 2 people who have been here longer than me. Not the first time this happens here btw. The receptionist’s explanation was that there are 2 people in front and we wait for the doctor to go see each person. I’m I understand how medical appointments work. But why would you have a business servicing pregnant women and make them sit in your lobby for an hour and a half. Beyond ... read more
I went to the office for my anatomy scan per the referral from my OB upstairs. The tech Joanne was nice and quick however the doctor never saw me or reviewed the scans. Yet I assume I will be billed for seeing a provider. The soonest they could get me in was a Friday at 1pm and as I left they said my images would be emailed to me and gave me the website in case the email doesn’t come in. My family and I have had the most difficult time with this practice. It has been by far the worst experience we have had with any medical office. We went in for our 16 week ultrasound and after the technician (Kathy), finished the images, she told us we were done. My husband and I asked her if we would be seeing the doctor that day and she stated, " you do not see the doctor this early on". Dr. Rodriguez is nice but it's cookie cutter service. The techs are cordial but don't have "time" to do beyond. My first pregnancy and the experience wasnt tyr best. All my friends have nice ultrasound images and i dont have not 1 decent picture bc they dont have "time" per ultrasound tech. That was literally her answer!! Must be the only practice to not do so, all my friends have plenty with memorable experiences. Overall wouldn't recommend. As a patient who is high risk and is part of the reason that there is a long wait, I have nothing but positive things to say. It does take an hour to get back and see the doctor but once you do see the doctor, she takes the time to answer every question and help you through it. I feel like most of the negative reviews are from patients who are going for an anatomy scans without high risk factors.
