Simply the best car buying experience ever. I have been searching for a 2018 Hyundai Tucson SEL for over a month. I found the South East Car Agency online on the Car Gurus web site. I did not purchase this particular car but a QX60 instead because it was larger. I liked that there were no high-pressure salespersons nor dealership fees. The lowest cost within 75 mi. for the same vehicle. The only negative was the high cost of the extended warranty, which was presented without explaining that the cost was per/month for an extended period and not a one-time fee. Eric replies extremely fast. I ended buying a Honda Civic 2018 with low mileage and pretty much like new. The process was literally 30 minutes. They even let me use their garage to get my tints with Jeff. Their inventory, prices and customer service is amazing. Definitely recommended and will use for next car purchase.
I bought a black Infinity QX60 from this dealer and it was by far the best experience ever! So glad I tried CarGurus instead of the other popular used car dealer this time. My husband was super hesitant. Well, he was so impressed with their no pressure, test drive what you’d like on your own dealership that he says he’ll continue to buy cars from this dealer in the future.
