RecommendedI love my new car! I’ve read the reviews (after purchase) and don’t understand why people say don’t use them. Sebrina was amazing as our sales girl! We really loved meeting her. Rebecca is our account manager and she is amazing too! After about a week I had an issue with the vehicle. I contacted Rebecca about the issue and she had me at the shop the next week. other than the nice sales lady in commerce this place is a joke. bought a car from them had issues with it. the shop they use had it for a week problem still isnt fixed. other issues arrised they refuse to help in anyway. have had the car 2 minths and have had to fix something on it every 2 weeks. their responce is car is sold as is. i understand that but when proper maintenance on the car isn't done before putting it on the lot to sell to me that says we just here to rip people off....learned my lesson...DONT BUY ANYTHING F... read more

Owner is AWFUL he’s so beyond rude, no customer should ever be talked too the way he spoke to me! Told me it wasn’t his problem the office will handle anything about it tomorrow and I told him I was going to complain his exact words was “knock yourself out” and he hung up. I’ve never been so disappointed every since Adam and tra left it’s been horrible! What owner speaks too his own customers like that smh AWFUL PEOPLE.
my stepson bought a 2013 sonata. it had major problems from the start the purchase on 3/02/19 and was in the shop on 3/04/19 at Ray's auto service. the car had a blown head was bad the car was in their shop for two weeks. and Ms. Rebecca Miller continue too ask for payment while it was in the shop. that was the worst on 4/ 23/ 19 the car quit while driving and was towed to collision Doctor, where we was notified that the engine was lock. on top that Ms, Dirty Rebecca later call my stepson and told him for $1500 he was respon... read more
Do not I repeat do not buy a car from this place. I bought the red f150 they have at the commerce lot. in less than 6 months started having transmission issues and after a couple weeks of having it I found mold under the seat. I removed the old bed liner and found 3 big rusted holes in the bed and they just covered it with another bed liner. was told by 2 employees I could trade it in and when I called again they said I had to have it for 2 years. was told I could bring it back to them with no questions asked and that's what... read more
