Customer service was good, we bought a car 2 months ago and two weeks later had to replace the brakes, calibers and rotors which we were not expecting, a month later had to have the air compressor replaced and the clutch belt, now being told we need 2 motor mounts. And of course none is covered.
Service is no good pretty much takes your money and don't care bout customer...was told one thing they did other...then has the nerve to show up at my house 3:49am knocking on my door woke up my kids...DONT BUY FROM THEM PERIOD!!! (Unless you like being assed out) this was the Gainesville location
I went to this lot today and left in a 2003 kia sorento. I was thinking they were going to tell me no but they let me test drive a few and I liked the Kia. Thank you so much for the opportunity to do business with your company. You have great sales reps and helped me out alot. Thanks again!! I will recommend people I know to you.
