I came in today looking to buy a car. Cash in hand for down payment. I could not test drive a car without my credit being ran. How does this make sense? So I have to have my credit pulled, which drops points off your credit score. Even if I decided I did not want the car. I left to say the least. I would not recommend this place at all. The excuse was oh we’ve had people joy ride and even had our cars stolen so we have to run your credit first..... Bought a 2015 Chrysler 200 Back in October. I haven't had nothing but trouble out of the car. I highly would NOT recommend these people. what a RIP off !! shame on yall for selling JUNK WRECKED CARS
I’ve literally had my suv for 2 weeks, and it had to be towed today. Got a call from the finance manager who talked to the mechanic who said my oil pan was lose and the brakes were locking up. I Have no idea how long this is going take, all I know is that I work a lot and this is not okay to do to someone. Absolutely appalling.
Our 17 year old daughter saved her money and bought a car from the Gainesville lot. It has not been driven much because she doesn’t have her license yet. I recently drove it for a few days while mine was being repaired. It Has a major oil leak that I am convinced was covered up with motor honey. It was fine for a while and now it pours oil and smoke pours out from under the hood. I’m afraid for her to drive it until her dad can fix whatever is wrong. I would looove to talk to someone at the commerce lot. For the most part ppl working here are friendly as a matter of fact if they replaced one person here I would send EVERYBODY I know here to get a car but its beyond me when going through a NATIONAL CRISES they cant be more understandable. However fingers crossed in the next few weeks I will be DONE dealing with them.

Awesome prices and amazing services. They treat you like a human being. My 2012 Ford that I purchased runs amazing and I would recommend this to everyone with bad or no credit. Ask for dennis, he knows whats good.
Terrible business , Cars are priced too high and if you want to finance one they charge you " 10000 finance fees" for a car worth 3000 at the most. Buyer Beware!!!! This is a dealer who thrives on deception. They will tell you the car has never been wrecked and you run a Carfax and find out that too was a lie. Just remember people these guys buy these cars by the bulk at an auction, strongly advise doing business elsewhere!!!!
I recently bought a 2010 Ford Focus and love it. Everything went smoothly and I was allowed to have my mechanic check it out since it was sold as is. we knew it needed a few repairs such as brakes, but I knew this ahead of time. Thanks!
