I had my appointment rescheduled due to the COVID-19 virus until things started to open up. When I arrived I could see the staff had taken some great precautions around the office. My hygienist answered all my questions and let me know what they were doing to prevent the spread. Some things were different and some treatment was not available, but overall it was a great experience in the midst of uncertainty.
I had kind of an emergency, a portion of my tooth broke off. They were great to get me in right away and my visit was amazing!!! I’ve gone here for 15 years and have never been disappointed!!
Thank you very much for seeing me on short notice to address my concerns about a tooth. You explained everything you were doing and I really appreciated it. My concern was solved and it feels better. Thanks again you ROCK!!!

I WOULD NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE
The dental hygienist discovered inflammation in a capped tooth that had been capped many years ago. She brought it to my dentists attention and because of her attention to detail may have saved my tooth.
Dr. Tyson Ellenbecker took time to show me my x-rays and explain what my problems were. He was pleasant and Told me what work needed to be done, while at the same time noting that he was not trying to push me into anything that I did not want to do. But seeing it on x-ray plus his through explanation made me aware of the need to forge ahead with care of my teeth.
I have been going to South Western Dental for years and my dentist is Dr Jon Ellenbecker. I couldn’t be more pleased with his care along with the care his assistants and the front desk employees give. They are all very professional, friendly, caring and timely. I highly recommend South Western Dental.
