The girls in the office were very nice, easy to talk to. They gave excellent instructions, as did my dentist! During this time of pandemic, they were well prepared in wearing full PPE. The dentist did a great job placing a temporary crown. I appreciated his gentle touch.
My six-month dental appointment had been stretched by covid issues to 10 months. Even so I was a little concerned about how safe I would be from the virus during my appointment. But needn’t have worried. New safety measures to protect both dental staff and patients have been implemented. Aside from that, I always get excellent teeth care, gentle complete cleaning and thorough evaluation of my mouth’s condition. I appreciate the care my teeth and I receive at South Western Dental.
Hygienist Kim is a delight and so very good at what she does. Beautiful offices with beautiful views for the patient to enjoy when mouth isn’t open.
Dr. Hartman: No complaints- she was at her best like she always is- very professional! I had an overbite. She corrected that and asks me to let her know if it still bothers me. I'm glad there's people in this world like she is. Very satisfied!
SW Dental’s COVID-19 precautions left me feeling safe for my Dental Appointment yesterday. I appreciate this since I needed Dental work. Very friendly and efficient staff.

I've been going to SW Dental for over forty years and I don't remember ever having a bad experience. The Drs and the other staff are always very informative and so friendly. I highly recommend them.
Dental hygienist was very patient and kind letting my daughter warm up to her. She gained her trust and showed her all the dental tools before hand. I appreciate that the visit didn't feel rushed and my daughter ended up having a good time and wants to go back. I felt safe with the extra hygiene measures due to Covid19 and it was nice to see even all patients in waiting room wearing masks. Front desk staff is very courteous and Dr. Jon Ellenbecker very friendly as always.
