I moved to Sioux Falls in 2005 and started my dental care here with Dr. Tim Berger DDS and now his daughters, Drs. Alicia Hansen and Nicole Hartmann, provide care for myself, my wife, and my mother. Big shoutout to my hygienist, Jeannie, too!! They are compassionate, caring, wise in the advice given, and gentle!
Great staff, always so nice. Dr. Tyson is great and every hygienist I have had is so gentle, educational, friendly and all around amazing!
I have had good experiences here at South Western Dental already for the last 4 months since getting referred to go here. But today the bar was set high above all my dental experiences over my life. I don't have a high pain threshold and have felt compelled to let dentists in my past know so they could be prepared. This morning though, something told me inside not to worry about saying anything. Excellent staff. Kim, hygienist, Dr John and Dr Tyson are just the best. Very engaging, excellent communication skills. Professional ability is the best.
