I called South Western Dental on Monday about needed to see the dentist as soon as possible. They worked around my schedule for Tuesday and got me in midafternoon that day. As usual they were very professional and answered all my concerns with my situation. As far as I’m concerned their the very best.
It was my 6th month checkup on August 7th. I didn't have to wait for my appointment at 8:50 am. The appointment was right on time. Paula the dental hygienist did a thorough job cleaning my teeth and took X-rays. Dr. Ellenbecker explained the results and told me to come back in 6 months. He always has a personal, fun conversation with me.😀

I appreciated everyone at South Western Dental being so very kind and friendly. They really do their very best to make you feel relaxed. Dr. Alicia Hansen put a crown on my implant and did a great job. She made sure to pull her mask down when talking to me before my exam which made me feel valued as a client and special. Dr. Hansen is professional and exudes confidence in every aspect of her care and interactions. She's wonderful! I highly recommend her and South Western.
Kim is the best dental Hygienist! I will only see here for my cleanings! She does an excellent job and provides outstanding customer service which is very hard to find these days! Thank you Kim!
