My appointment was on time. The dental hygienist was very thorough in my cleaning. I didn't have to wait but a few minutes for the dentist to check my teeth. I was very satified with the whole experience.
Rachel was a great hygienist! She explained what she was doing and very easy and fun to talk with. Dr. Ellenbecker is also very easy to talk to and was very complimentary on my teeth. I didnt have to wait long in the waiting room! Enjoyed my experience.
I always have good treatment at South Western. I have never had a bad experience.
As usual my visit was professional and pleasant. I trust Dr. Ellenbecker and his staff to always do the best work. Even though his practice is outside my network I would trust no other.
