I was welcomed and checked in very quickly, everyone was so nice and in happy spirits, it was hard to be nervous! Especially since it's the dentist! I was so calm and the process was so fast! Thank you so much!
The staff was terrific and Dr. Berger knew what he was talking about compared to my previous dentist. He was straight forward and let me know the cost of my dental procedure. I enjoyed my visit and they still accompanied me even though I was late to my appointment due to not knowing where to go. Overall, I would highly recommend them.
Receptionist arranged emergency appt as quickly as possible. She was very understanding & empathetic. Dr Weisbecker informed me I needed a new cap. I told him I still have 3 chemo treatments & I do not have dental insurance & cannot deal with expense & time for crown replacement right now. He understood totally & reglued my old cap.
The hygenist was personable and gentle. I felt she did a nice job cleaning and checking my teeth and gums. Dr. Weisbecker reviewed and checked out my slight symptom. Thanks for getting me in.
I've been going to South Western Dental since they opened their doors and have never had an unpleasant experience. Every person I've ever encountered is extremely friendly, kind, & helpful. The dentists have always taken time to explain and/or answer any questions I might have. I've never had an issue with their work --- they get it right the first time. They stay up-to-date with the technology they employ. They always pre-explain costs, billing, and what my insurance will cover. I would highly recommend them for your family... read more
I had my six month dental checkup at Southwestern Dental. Cindy is wonderful and makes teeth cleaning a pleasant experience. She is thorough and very personable. Dr. Weisbecker is so nice and honest without the usual "scolding" that we associate with the dentist. I look forward to my six month checkups.
