I am one of those people who is terrified to go to the dentist to have work done. I had a broken tooth that needed to be extracted and I was so nervous about the whole thing I just kept putting off the procedure. I was first impressed with the customer service that all started with the receptionist. She was so sweet and understanding and answered all my questions over the phone. Everyone was very friendly from the receptionist to the Dentist. The only negative is that I had to wait past my appointment time to be called. Other than that everything went well
