I have recently moved to Sioux Falls from Loveland CO and I have established my choice for dental care with South Western Dental and my first visit was a wonderful experience. Dr. Hansen is my choice and I have complete confidence in her decisions for my dental care. Everyone I have met at South Western Dental have been very helpful. Great team!
It is always a good experience - coming from one who did not like going to the dentist. Front desk, check up and teeth cleaning, visit with Dr. Wisebecker - all did their best.
Had a great cleaning and the female was great - no hurting afterwards - did a great job. Saw Dr. Weisbecker for a few minutes - he said I was OK - but he needs to put in ANDERSEN WINDOWS to make the office warmer!!!!!! I can sell them to him!!! LOL !!!!! Never have problems when coming to the office.
Needed a filling repaired, I was in and out before my appointment actually was. Very friendly and accommodating! Very professional

We have been going to Southwestern Dentists for over 30 years. We couldn't say anything bad about the care we received- first with Dr. Richard Ellenbecker and now with Dr. John. The staff is always so welcoming and professional. All the hygenists do a fabulous job in taking care of our teeth cleaning and xrays. They are very caring and interested in our families and our medical issues. We wouldn't think of going elsewhere. Service is always great. Wonderful people to deal with at the South Western Dental. This time was just a cleaning and check-up.
Hygienist - Excellent, very knowledgeable and friendly. The staff is Excellent and friendly. Dr. Berger's Excellent very knowledgeable and friendly. In all I would highly recommend this Dentist, Hygienist and staff to all!!!
As always, South Western Dental gave me a wonderful smile and hello when I walked into the building. I've been a patient for many years and have had the best care for my aging teeth. Rachel was wonderful. She is soft-spoken, gentle and very friendly. You are lucky to have her on your staff. And of course, Dr. Jon was able to update me a little on the Ellenbecker family that I grew up with!
