As always, the office staff greets people warmly. The hygienist was pleasant and cleaned my teeth well. I felt she was knowledgable about my dental history and what the Dentist might need to examine. They had another staff member take my X-rays to make the best use of my time. After my visit the office staff worked with me to set another visit and to put the day's charges on my Care Credit Card. Overall, I think Southwestern Dental is an excellent office and I refer others to visit you if they are close to Sioux Falls.
Excellent care from the moment I walked in the door. Courteous and caring personnel. The procedure and the possibility of next procedure carefully explained.
Always a great place to get your dental work done. Usually get you in right at appt time..dental hygienists are all really good and thorough..never a complaint!
