Purchased a Christmas Gift, on cyber Monday that was too small. They do not do exchanges, only do returns. Was going to re purchase the dress in a larger size, ship the other dress back to them, but had to pay the full price for the correctly sized dress. Lesson learned, Do NOT shop cyber Monday with this retail store bc you will have to pay full price for the item, even though you are exchanging the item for a larger size. 👎🏽👎🏽
Purchased a Very Good Lookin' Pair of Olathe Geronimo Bison L Toe/Round Toe Boots with White Inlay Designs on the vamps & boot tops. These Olathe Boots are marked down/on Sale & with an additional 20% off Cyber Sale they had-I got One Heck of a Bargain Betty Deal...my Mom would be Proud...she taught me to be a Bargain Betty Shopper. I have been looking at these Olathe Boots for a very long time & finally pulled the trigger & purchased them. South Texas Tack had Fast Free Shipping via Fedex. I am a Very Happy Camper!!!
Such a variety of tack, apparel, boots, hats, tons of stuff! Nice friendly staff. We spent over an hour just wandering around. Found some treasures too.
New to Central Texas, from South Texas. I called several places & looked online for 2 winter blankets for my (2) 5 month old fillies, without luck. I called STT & they had exactly what I needed. I drove 82 miles to the store & my blankets were at the counter waiting for me. The staff was very friendly. I would recommend them to everyone. Very attractive store & large selection.
