RecommendedI love the store and have bought clothes, tack and a saddle from them, however, i changed disciplines and can no longer use my STT barrel saddle. I called and spoke with Reese about putting the saddle on consignment and he said he would call me back that day. That was two weeks ago, I called and left him a voice mail reminder, to no avail. Very Disappointing! Do what you say you're going to do, even if its not the answer the client wants, its good business.
Love to stop here when I'm driving through Chappel Hill. I just heard that they have opened a little bar where you can sit and enjoy coffee or wine.
My buddy and I have purchased numerous STT saddles there and we won't buy anything else. I recently ordered a custom saddle and here, again, they did not disappoint. Steve and his saddle-making crew are absolute pros!
Just walked in looking for a specific hat to be made and Brandon answered all of my questions and made exactly what I was looking for. Awesome customer service from the moment I walked in to getting help on the floor. I will most definitely be back.
I was prepared to shell out close to $400 for a high quality saddle pad. The very knowledgeable lady who answered all of my questions put me on a pad that was half the price. She is a genuine asset to your team. She could have grabbed my money and ran but she showed that she truly cared about horse and rider. I spent the rest of my money on a bridle set for a friend's b'day present, some new split rains for myself, and a few more accessories for Tejas. I'll be back again and again.
