I am beyond frustrated with South Texas Surgical Hospital in Corpus Christi Texas. My husband had a procedure done in July of 2015 and my insurance paid in August, well I noticed that I had over paid so I asked for a refund. That all sounds very simple , Right? WRONG!!!! I have been given every excuse in the book and as of today have not received my refund . I can't believe that I have had to go thru for $26.44 but I will never return to that place again
If youre coming to register be prepared to wait all day as they walk around chit chatting and eating.
My 7 yr old had his tonsils and adenoids removed. The staff was amazing! I would definitely recommend this place.
Thanks to all the staff for their help in getting me well. Everyone was so nice! Great atmosphere for patient and their loved ones.
