The staff was great very friendly and funny. I felt very comfortable.
I do not like the hospital have lots of problem with ins payments just when you think you don't owe them they come out with more acct it sucks HATE IT AND THE PRE REGISTRATION STAFF IS RUDE AND DONT SMILE��

Been trying to get itemized statements for several months now. The same thing happened to us as Cris Lopez. BUT, our refund due is a lot more. They even changed up their bill to try to get MORE money from the insurance! Last message we left on their recorder for the itemized statements over a week ago, still nothing & not even a return phone call! I wish it was more convenient for us to drive over there!
