RecommendedI have been through the entire system, I’m currently attending speech therapy at STHS Outpatient Rehab Center. When I first walked in I was very scared. I was at Mission STHEER 9/24/19. I walked out of 3 other ERs before I found this one. I was very impressed, very professional staff, i was taken care of immediately. The best thing is that the staff has a good sense of humor. I left there with peace of mind. no worries. Thank you all, Godspeed
Be very very careful with this hospital system if you have a deductible on your insurance. They will try and get as much money from you as possible. My daughter needed two simple xrays and despite the fact that they charge $50 each for the two xrays, they are charging $2,000 just because I have insurance.
My daughter was at Edinburg Children’s last week and for the most part it was great. The food has a lot to be desired, forparents that are there to care for their sick child to be given a ham and cheese sandwich with a bag of chips and a juice isn’t what I expected. The jimmy dean breakfast sandwich in the morning was always cold and over cooked. Been to other hospitals and the food was so much better guest trays are actual meals not sandwiches
I am so happy with the Care and how fast they attended my son who suffered a injury at school was told he needed immediate attend called his Pediatrician and he recomended the ER. I thought quick which one is the closes ER in my area its the Stand Alone ER on Monte Cristo. As soon I got there he was attended by Albert RN who calmed him down and kindly explained to him he would be okay. They know what they are doing. They are proffesionals and they truly love their patients.
The employees took their time and explained things calmly. I will highly recommend Mcallen Heart hospital. Thank you again.
