We were given a 2:30 appointment upon a referral from the Children's hospital to assess our 2 year old for a fracture. We were not seen until 5:20. And that was because I stood outside the waiting room and asked to be attended. We were simply asked to come back in 2 days because there was nothing they could do that day after a 3 hour wait! The lobby was incredibly over crowded, poor treatment by receptionist and staff. This was a terrible experience. You are not a person to this practice, rather just some money to be made. The front desk is one of the worst I've ever experienced! The lady in the window on the left will leave people standing there in front of her while she is on the phone without even acknowledging them. Their communications skills lack some professionalism! Waiting time after your scheduled appointment is on average 3 hours!! Very displeased with their service!! Today I came just to find out that my VA voucher was expired and that I needed to go get a new one. Really? No one looked before scheduling me?
