Another Rio Grande Valley doctor to avoid at all costs. I need a hip replacement and my doctor made me an appointment on Nov 11th for today at 10 a.m. When I got there they told me that since Nov 11 they no longer take my insurance. They NEVER bothered to call me I was VERY upset as I had fallen this morning at 6 a.m.and am in considerable pain. They could have cared less about the fact that NO ONE CALLED ME about NOT coming in. Staff(front) are super it's as if they hate being,if you don't like your job,leave so someone can do better.Would never have Dr.Fulp do any kind of orthopedic work done on me...
The staff is very attentive and friendly. The long wait was pretty predictable but the excellent attention made it worth for every minute we spent at the clinic; my little daughter was treated patiently and kindly; I recommend this clinic amply. Thanks for your professionalism!

If they had a zero stars that's what I would give them!! The receptionist are the worst!!! Went with my daughter even though she had insurance the lazy receptionist did not want to confirm on the phone said they were busy yet they were verifying insurance for other patients. Will never go back.
