There is good reason why this dealership has such a fantastic reputation. Brendon and his entire team are top notch. They just performed some needed work on my 2018 GSA Rallye and the whole experience from start to finish was stellar. If you need service or a new or used bike or two, these are your people!
I called the location to see if they had the battery for my Ducati ST3 and I was greeted professionally and informed that they had a few on hand. When I arrived, I was told they had placed it on a charger just to make sure it was ready to go and a 100%. Little things like that shows alot about a company and I as a customer appreciate that and that is why I keep coming back. Keep up the great work😁😁🏍🏍
Bought my 1997 1100RT from Keith in 1997 and they've performed all service since, and I just won't take it anywhere else. Neil and the Service Dept. does a great job!
I have purchased 3 bikes over the past few years and have always enjoyed the buying experience. The best part of South Sound is the availability of demo bikes and their enthusiasm for you to go on a test ride. Thanks guys for great service and I will be back for more!
Great people willing to go all out and give information. I went to pick up a small part but was able to pick up a lot of info and get some advise on my bike.
First Rate dealership and people. Wayne is the off-road specialist. See him if you're looking for any BMW, but especially if you're considering one of the dual-sport off-road varietals. Service is exceptional. I travel the country riding my GS. As a result, I've had my R1200GS serviced at several dealerships. South Sound's work was/is exceptionally good.
