BAD! Ignore the Company's Blathering – I brought a Honda mower in for repairs. Two weeks later, after hearing nothing, I called to discover that the parts had just been ordered - they needed another week. My wife went pick up the mower, and the repair guys couldn't even find it! Then they found it, but still needed to install the ordered parts! Avoid this outfit, especially the S. Broadway facility, like the Swine Flu!
Do not Trust this Company – I brought in a chainsaw to be fixed over 6 weeks ago. I heard nothing from this company for weeks until I called last week. The gentleman I spoke with told me that my parts had been on back order and would be in on Thursday and they would have it fixed right away and would call on Friday for us to pick up our saw. Best Shops In the Front Range – In response to the other commercial review on this company, no not all repairs are able to be fixed in a matter of days obviously there were other circumstances to this repair that he is not listing and if he were more than just a fly by night lawn service he would own more than one unit. The Place to go – Great selection and professional advice. Honest and hardworking staff with alot of knowledge. Very competative pricing. Go here and avoid the big box stores. The products here are repairable, dependable, and warranty issues are resolved here too. Family owned local business that gets all my business. Our intent is not to argue details that have been hashed over once before. However, rest assured that particularly the first review is minus several details that the customer has failed to mention. HORRIBLE!!! – Never have I experienced such hostile customer service (and I use the term lightly). I was yelled at, and told "the buck stops here lady" when I asked to speak to a supervisor. This company had my tractor for 3 months without once calling to tell me the status. I called several times only to be told that they were still working on it. This company sub-contract with Lowe's to do their warranty work. For this reason alone I will no longer purchase from Lowe's because they use this vendor. Lowe's will now lose my ... read more
Terrible – I agree with the first review completely. Nasty employees, crappy service, no adherence to their time estimates. Go somewhere else, trust us!!!!!!
Go Somewhere Else! – This company is truly miseable to deal with. The service is no existant and unfriendly. They were bad before going to an automated voice system and now as hard as it seemed they got worse. Estimates for repairs are no where near what you should expect. there is a general 10 day estimate given for anything. In my experience running a commercial mowing comapny 10 day estimates have run anywhere from 25 days to 63. Can you imagine losing a mower during the busiest time of year for 63 days?
